2nd International Ex-libris Congress

Dear Friends of Ex-libris,

I am pleased to invite you to the 2nd International Ex-libris Congress, organised by Istinye University, Selçuk Ecza Deposu, Bozlu Art Project and Istanbul Ex-libris Association, which will take place in Istanbul on 20-24 August 2025. Participation in the congress is 165 Euro for members and 140 Euro for accompanying persons. The deadline for application is 30 May 2025. Applications after 30 May will be 200 Euro.

Regarding your accommodations while in Istanbul, you will be able to choose from many economically priced (renewed) alternatives. You will be able to reach the Congress which will be held at Istinye University at the Vadi H Campus relatively easily by metro, as it is close in proximity to the city center.

You will not only be participating in an Ex-libris congress while in Istanbul, you will also have the opportunity for an unforgettable summer vacation.

Registration Fee

Congress members are required to pay a fee of €165, which entitles them to attend all events, scheduled visits, congress documentation and the closing gala dinner. Accompanying persons are required to pay a fee of €140, which entitles them to full participation in all events, scheduled visits and the closing gala dinner. It should be transferred to İstanbul Ekslibris Derneği. The receipt and registration form should be sent to hasipp@gmail.com until 30 May 2025. After 30 May, applications must pay 200 Euro. Apart from Western Union, you can also send money to Hasip Pektaş from abroad with money transfer companies named UPT, RIA, KORONAPAY.

Accommodation: You can make your reservation from the hotels of your choice. There are many options. It is useful to consider the metro routes. You can easily reach by the Havaray Finicular to Vadistanbul from Sanayi Mahallesi Metro Station. There is Metro from Taksim to Sanayi Mahallesi.
